How I Quilted the Sailing Quilt.
For the quilting, I wanted a whimsical touch that perfectly complemented the nautical theme. Using this 3.5″ Clamshell Quilt Stencil, I decided to flip it upside down to create waves across the quilt top. The result? A charming design that brings the sailboats to life, bobbing gently across the rolling waves. This playful quilting design adds depth and movement to the quilt, and was an easy free-motion quilt design.

You can begin quilting your own nautical masterpiece today and create a quilt that will be treasured for years to come.
