Where is my download?
If you’ve purchased a downloadable PDF item from us and are unable to find a download link in your email, we recommend checking in your spam or junk folders. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If you have an account on our website and were logged in during checkout, you can also access your pattern on the my account page under the Downloads tab any time. If you do not find it in any of these places, email us at shannon@maplecottagedesigns.com for assistance.
Where is my physical item?
Physical items are shipped within 1-3 business days. We ship USPS first class & priority mail. USPS is experiencing higher volume and staffing issues nationwide. If your item has not arrived after 10 business days (two weeks) of your ship date please contact us at shannon@maplecottagedesigns.com for assistance.
Returns
At Maple Cottage Designs, every effort is made to ensure you receive first-quality, premium goods. We carefully inspect each order before it ships and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Please note:
- Cut fabric, quilt kits, and other cut-to-order items are non-returnable.
- Digital products (PDF patterns, downloads) are non-refundable.
- We do not accept returns on non-defective merchandise.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
